My protocol
- I eat very low carb (keto diet) – no starches or sweets – no sugar or artificial sweeteners except little Stevia, monk fruit & very little erythritol.
- 5 Pancreas Natural Glandular (Pork) by Nutricology capsules on empty stomach
- 7 g Dr’s Best Curcumin High Absorption with Bioperine every day – 4 g at lunch and 3 g in afternoon
- Omega 3 absorbs best from fish oil. 500 mg Krill oil (Members Mark or Dr Mercola)
- Vit D3- 1000 IU -5000 IU with 180 mcg K2
- Reishi (Ganoderma Lucidum) 1 Natures Way Reishi Mushroom per day 378 mg
- EGCG or Green tea extract Now 400 mg in morning
- 1/2 Natural Factors 15 mg zinc
- low dose aspirin or natto kinase – both of which thin blood
- Black Cumin seed Healthy Harmony – 500 mg per day
- Berberine Amazing formula
- Grape Seed extract Mercola blood pressure
- Quercetin
- Magnesium Citrate

He says these are the 10 foods you should never eat #1 is Artificial Sweeteners.
1. Artificial Sweeteners – Aspartame is worst (NutraSweet), Sucralose (Splenda) Saccharine. I don’t drink diet soda – I take little packets of Stevia by Sweetleaf in my purse to use in tea & coffee. He says there is artificial sweetener in gum – I quit eating gum.
2. Donuts, cakes & frostings – I don’t eat
3. Sugar & fruit juices. I don’t eat
4. Margarine – this is a trans fat – hydrogenated fat. – I eat real butter!! preferably from grass fed cows.
5. MSG Monosodium glutamate -flavor enhancer- this is in canned soups, salad dressings & flavorings- a keto diet is a “clean” diet – I make my own soups & salad dressings.
6. White flour – I don’t eat.
7. Oils – corn, canola, soybean oil etc. They are chemically created and are high in Omega 6. I pan fry in coconut oil with olive oil & bacon grease
8. GMO – corn, soy & sugar beets are often GMO but I don’t eat.
9. Deli meats – not all are bad but you need to watch these for sugar & fillers, etc. I eat bacon & sausage.
10. Don’t eat low fat products- eat the full fat food like heavy cream, regular cheese, fatty meats instead.
