Exercise:

Meals:

  • breakfast (rainy out) bacon & 2 eggs
  • coffee, cream, s/f syrup
  • Lunch – couple more roll ups with ham, cream cheese, black olives, dill pickle inside
  • dinner- Parmesan Walleye, fried brie cheese & salad.
  • snack – 1 c apples in a oven safe glass dish.  Add 1/4-1/2tsp cinnamon, 1-1 1/2T splenda – cook 20 min at 350 degrees then put 1 tsp butter on hot apples & eat.

Aug 30 (Sat)

Bible:  Ezekiel 40_28-43:27 (description of temple)

Exercise: fishing 🙂

Meals:

  • Breakfast: made roll ups with off bone ham from Albertsons, and cream cheese & dill pickles rolled in the ham
  • coffee- bought Starbucks Colombia instant coffee – put I pkg in 2/3 filled water bottle, add s/f vanilla syrup & cream and shake in water bottle
  • Lunch- celery filled with squeeze cheese & left over pizza topping
  • Dinner – shish ka bobs & big salad
  • pistachio nuts

Aug 29 (Fri)

Bible: Ezekiel 32:1-16,32:17-39,40:1-27( Ez33:11.  Say to them, As I live, declares the Lord God, I have no pleasure in the death of th wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live; turn back, turn back from your evil ways for why will you die, O house of Israel?”

Exercise:

Meals:

  • breakfast – tuna & egg salad with mayo & lots of celery
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, s/f vanilla syrup
  • lunch- left over meatloaf, broccoli & butter
  • ordered pizza (from pizza hut) ate the topping & salad

Aug 28 (Thursday)

Bible:Ezekiel 37, 38, 39.   More prophecy that God would judge Israel’s sin and scatter them, but promises that He would bring them back.  Abram, Moses, & Ezra/Nehemiah’s time and in 1948 it was fulfilled)

Exercise:

Meals:

  • breakfast – tuna & egg salad made with mayo & lots of celery
  • coffee & cream , coconut oil & s/f vanilla syrup
  • Lunch- 3-4 oz brisket & big salad
  • dinner – Meat Loaf, big salad, Caesar dressing
  • dessert – decaff coffee with cream, coconut oil & s/f syrup and 1/2 c Apple Goodie with Coconut Granola

Aug 27 (Weds)

Bible: Ezekiel 34,35,36 Ez 36:26  “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you.  I will remove your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.  And I will put my Spirit in you and move you to follow my decrees.”

Exercise:

  • 10 deadlifts – keep eyes and head looking up, keep bar skimming along front of shins & knees
  • 10 squats.
  • 10 bench presses
  • I intended to go for walk but was running late

Meals:

  • breakfast – cook 1 1/2 oz breakfast sausage, added 1/2 tsp coconut oil, 2 eggs, 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • coffee, coconut oil, cream, s/f vanilla syrup
  • lunch – left over BBQ Chicken & large salad with Caesar dressing
  • snack – some pecan halves
  • dinner – Beef Stew
  • dessert – Apple Goodie with Coconut Granola topping ( I ate too much of this and had a stomach ache and my ketones were down to .3)

Aug 26 (Tues)

Bible: Ezekiel 27 & 28, 33:21-33 (Ezekiel 28:12 ff seems to be a description of Satan – “You were the model of perfection, full of wisdom and perfect in beauty.  You were in Eden, the garden of God…”

Exercise:

  • 10 sit-ups
  • mow grass 🙂

Meals:

  • Breakfast – Hardees low carb breakfast bowl
  • coffee & cream & coconut oil & s/f syrup
  • Lunch- left over chicken & cauliflower & large salad
  • Snack- 1/2 c s/f pudding, some coconut granola & a few pecans
  • Dinner- BBQ chicken, big salad.

  • I will take 5 mg Revlamid 1 x per week
  • WBC (normal 4-11)                          mine 3.36 (almost normal)

Exercise:

  • Breakfast – smoothie with almond milk, ice, whey powder, instant coffee, almond butter & little s/f vanilla syrup

  • lunch – left over steak and big salad & Caesar dressing
  • rotisserie chicken boned & cubed.  Mix with 1/2 container of Crème fraiche and 1 c spaghetti sauce over cooked cauliflower
  • 1/2 c s/f pudding & macademia nuts

Bible: Jeremiah 43 & 44, Ps 71, Ps 116

Exercise: 30 min walk with daughter & grandson in stroller

Meals:

  • breakfast – 2 eggs, coconut oil, ham, cream cheese & green olives
  • coffee, coconut oil, cream, s/f vanilla syrup
  • lunch- 2 grilled drumsticks from KFC, salad with cucumbers & artichoke hearts,
  • snacks – smoke house almonds
  • dinner – rib eye steak marinated with soy sauce, olive oil, garlic pwdr & Agave.   Big salad with home grown tomatoes, cucumbers & mixed greens, 1/2 artichoke heart cooked in pressure cooker & dipped in melted butter
  • dessert – 1/2 c sugar free pudding mix (made it with almond milk & cream & 1 T  s/f vanilla syrup)

Aug 23 (Sat)

Bible: Lamentations 5:1-22, 2 Kings 25;22-26, Jeremiah 40, 41 & 42.  The remnant left in Israel was lead by Johanan.  They wanted to go to Egypt and asked Jeremiah to pray and ask God if they should go to Egypt.  But when God said “no”, they would not believe it!

Exercise:  nothing formal, just house work and yard work

Meals:

  • Breakfast- 2 oz bulk sausage, cooked, add 2 eggs & cream cheese & olives
  • coffee, coconut oil, cream & s/f vanilla syrup
  • Lunch- can of sardines – put 2-3 sardines on a slice of deli turkey, add cucumber, cream cheese, sliced green olives.  Roll up & eat.
  • snacks-macademia nuts
  • dinner – homemade gumbo & big salad
  • dessert – coconut granola

Aug 22 (Fri)

Bible: Lamentations 3 & 4.  Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for His compassions never fail.  They are new every morning; great if Your faithfulness

Exercise:

Meals:

  • Breakfast smoothie – unsweetened almond milk, ice, almond butter, packet of decaf instant coffee, 1/4 c whey protein powder & 1 T hazelnut s/f syrup
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, s/f vanilla syrup
  • snack – Spitz sunflower seeds
  • Lunch – left over nut crusted walleye, 1/2 artichoke w melted butter, spaghetti squash
  • 2 eggs & sausage, macademia nuts (we don’t do big dinner on Fri)
