snack – 1 c apples in a oven safe glass dish. Add 1/4-1/2tsp cinnamon, 1-1 1/2T splenda – cook 20 min at 350 degrees then put 1 tsp butter on hot apples & eat.

Bible: Lamentations 5:1-22, 2 Kings 25;22-26, Jeremiah 40, 41 & 42. The remnant left in Israel was lead by Johanan. They wanted to go to Egypt and asked Jeremiah to pray and ask God if they should go to Egypt. But when God said “no”, they would not believe it!
