Sept 10 (Weds)

Bible: Zechariah 7:1-8:23, Ezra 5:1-6:18 (Cyrus issued decree that temple would be rebuilt and paid for by royal treasury!)

Exercise:

  • 10 sit-ups
  • 10 deadlifts
  • 10 squats ( I can really tell these have made me stronger!)
  • 10 bench presses

Meals:

  • breakfast – 2 scrambled eggs with sardines in them
  • coffee, coconut oil, s/f syrup
  • Lunch – left over herb crusted pork & mixed vegetables
  • Dinner – cabbage diced and cooked in coconut oil, added sun dried tomatoes & little garlic
  • corned beef (cooked in crock pot)
  • before bed I had 1 c almond milk heated & added 1/2 tsp coconut oil & s/f syrup

Sept 9, (Tues)

Bible: Zechariah 1:1-6:15 (Zech 4:4 Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit says the Lord)

Exercise: Running to catch plane (I wore mask and gloves but still got a little sick)

Meals:

  • Breakfast – left over Zucchini Keftedes & 2 eggs, bacon, few raspberries, coffee, cream
  • hamburger without the bun
  • pork with herb crust & cream sauce, mixed vegetables – with zucchini & broccoli

Sept 7 (Sun)

Bible: Daniel 11:36-12:13, Ps 93, 94, 95, 96

Exercise: nothing formal

Meals: 

  • Breakfast-2 eggs scrambled in coconut oil with feta cheese & spinach.  coffee & cream & splenda
  • lunch- big salad with spinach, butter lettuce, hearts of palm, romaine & topped with left over Mediterranean Salmon and Annies Shitake Sesame salad dressing
  • Dinner- Filet with Gorgonzola Sauce and
  • Kale and Brussels sprouts Salad
  • piece of Trader Joes 85 % dark chocolate
  • small glass wine

 

 

Sept 6 (Sat)

Bible: Ezra 3:1-13, P

s 92, Ps 126, Daniel 10:1-11:35( I have read that this seems to have been fulfilled with Alexander the great, who died young without an heir and left everything to 4 commanders)

Exercise: weekend

Sept 5 (Fri)

Got up at 4:00.  Made quick frappacino with 3/4 bottle of water & pkg starbucks instant coffee & s/f syrup & cream.  Shook bottle and took with me to catch plane

Airport in Denver I had a breakfast burrito and ate the center – not the tortilla with a fork

snack/lunch: slices of brie cheese, cooked shrimp, almonds

Brother-in-law could be a 5 star cook!  He made:

Yogurt-Marinated Chicken Kebabs with Aleppo Pepper

 salad

White wine & piece of 72% dark chocolate for dessert

Sept 3 (Weds)

Bible: Daniel 8:1-27 (Daniel had a vision of a ran and goat), Daniel 5:1-31, 2( Daniel interpreted writing on wall on eve of Persian takeover  539BC) Chronicles 36:22-23, Daniel 9: 1-27 (Daniel confessed his peoples sins and asked for God’s mercy on Jerusalem 538BC)

Exercise:  I was running late and didn’t go on walk.

Meals:

  • breakfast – coconut oil, ham, feta cheese & eggs scrambled with
  • coffee, coconut oil, cream & s/f syrup
  • lunch-left over zucchini pie & roasted cauliflower
  • snack – smoke house almonds
  • dinner- Cauliflower Chicken Casserole
  • 1/2 c cooked apples with cinnamon & splenda & topped with butter

Sept 2 (Tues)

Bible: Daniel 4:1-27, (Nebuchadnezzar’ decree telling how he lost his mind for 7 years until he acknowledged that God rules” 2 Kings 25:27-30, Daniel 7:1-28 (Amazing dream of Daniel about 4 beasts coming out of sea & the Ancient of Days taking a throne.  He had river of fire coming from His throne and the books were opened for Him to judge the world)

Exercise:

  • 6 sit-ups
  • 10 deadlifts
  • 10 squats
  • 10 bench press
  • 30 min brisk walk

Meals:

  • tuna & egg salad
  • coffee & coconut oil, cream & s/f syrup
  • sunflower seeds
  • lunch – taco meat & lettuce & 2 shish ka bobs
  • dinner- Zucchini pie, salad, roasted pepper cauliflower
  • apples cooked with cinnamon & splenda & little butter when out.
  • warm almond milk with coconut oil & s/f syrup

Sept 1 (Mon- labor day)

Bible: Ezekiel 47:1-48:35,  Ezekiel 29:17-30:19 (571BC)

Exercise: nothing scheduled

Meals:

  • breakfast – 2 thick slice bacon cooked, 2 eggs fried
  • coffee, coconut oil, cream, s/f vanilla syrup
  • lunch- left over shish ka bob
  • pistachios
  • dinner – crab dipped in butter, big salad with heart of palm, 1/2 avocado, mixed greens, carrots
  • dessert – 1/2 c cooked apples off tree &
  • 1 c almond milk warmed, added coconut oil & syrup
