dinner – Meat Balls, spaghetti squash, salad
Ketones – .3 (still lower than I want- tom sauce & carrot & spaghetti squash must have been too much

Exercise – I took off my other weights and put 10# on each end of barbell (just bought 10# weights at Walmart). I was surprised how much heavier it seemed

lunch – at Arbys I ordered “meal deal” of Reuben, side salad, diet Mtn Dew. I tossed the bread on Reuben and just ate insides
dinner – made Pot Roast, cooked 1 onion & 2 summer squash 20 min, then added 1 c sour cream, salad & dressing
snack – mixed nuts
