  • lunch- chicken in spaghetti sauce & cream w spaghetti squash. Pumpkin seeds, few smokehouse almonds
  • dinner – corned beef, cabbage sautéed, artichokes
  • dessert – brie cheese heated in microwave with little s/f boysenberry jam, few pecans

  • 2 eggs, coconut oil, smoked salmon, gouda cheese
  • single baconator without the bun (Wendys)
  • 3 sm brownies (warmed) & some butter
  • zesty dill pickle & few pumpkin seeds

Bible: Ephesians 4:1-6:24

  • 98 (12:52) surprised it is so high. I had coffee w stevia
  • 63 (5:09)  Wow.  I am taking only 1/4 levothyroxine, wonder if that is why?  I also had no splenda in coffee

Meals

  • 2 bacon, 2 eggs,
  • tuna & egg salad w mayo & celery (this seems to bring down glucose & raise ketones?)
  • shrimp scampi, big salad with Newmans Own dressing
  • pecans for dessert

  • tuna & egg salad & some pumpkin seeds & smoke hour almonds

  • KFC grilled chicken drumstick & 2 wings, green beans

Dec 11 (Thurs)

  • 8 oz coffee, cream, coconut oil, s/f syrup
  • chicken wrap (take off flour tortilla), salad with oil & vinegar dressing
  • smoke house almonds. few pine nuts, few peanuts
  • dinner- coconut walleye, salad, broccoli w cheese sauce
  • pecans, gin & s/f tonic

Bible: Acts 23:12-25:22 ( fast reading – almost finished with Bible and almost finished with year!  Next year I will slow down and not read it so fast)

Exercise: (Dr Thomas Seyfreid says exercise should not be vigorous if you have cancer – it will raise your blood glucose)

  • 10 sit ups
  • 10 deadlifts
  • 10 squats (shallow because I hurt knee)
  • 10 bench presses
  • 20 min treadmill 3mph (note slowed it down)

  • Ketones at 10-  2.7!  too cool! Maybe exercise helped? Also had Dr Mercola Vit D spray and it has MCT oil in it.

  • 2 eggs, 2 frozen sausage patties, coconut oil

  • lunch – KFC 1 grilled drumstick & 1 grilled wing, green beans with butter, left over mock potato salad
  • 3 brownies warmed in oven w little butter on.
  • dinner- taco salad (ground beef, salsa, guacamole, cheese on lettuce)
  • pecans
