At night glucose 93 and ketones 1.9 (93/18 = 5.166 mmol) So, 5.166/1.9 = 2.72 – ratio blood glucose to ketones. Try for 1

My biggest accomplishment of 2014 was learning so much about ketogenic diets and seeing how effective that diet is in controlling my cancer. I need to monitor my own carbs, proteins and fats more carefully on www.calorieking.com so I will not write as much on this blog. (only so much time in the day!). I might have one post for a week. Just have to see.
