Exercise- 10 sit ups, deadlifts, squats, bench presses with 20# on barbell. Walked outside 30 min (beautiful!)
Breakfast- 2 eggs cooked in butter w cream cheese & olives coffee, cream, butter, coconut oil, stevia
lunch- chicken salad, green salad w oil & vinegar
afternoon – macadamia nuts
dinner – 2 1/2 oz flank steak grilled, sautéed cabbage, butter
low carb brownie & butter
macros; fat 130, protein 66, carb 14.8, fiber 5
