- lunch- left over shish ka bob
- pistachios
- dinner – crab dipped in butter, big salad with heart of palm, 1/2 avocado, mixed greens, carrots
- dessert – 1/2 c cooked apples off tree &
- 1 c almond milk warmed, added coconut oil & syrup
