Sept 1 (Mon- labor day)

Bible: Ezekiel 47:1-48:35,  Ezekiel 29:17-30:19 (571BC)

Exercise: nothing scheduled

Meals:

  • breakfast – 2 thick slice bacon cooked, 2 eggs fried
  • coffee, coconut oil, cream, s/f vanilla syrup
  • lunch- left over shish ka bob
  • pistachios
  • dinner – crab dipped in butter, big salad with heart of palm, 1/2 avocado, mixed greens, carrots
  • dessert – 1/2 c cooked apples off tree &
  • 1 c almond milk warmed, added coconut oil & syrup
