Exercise: (I have not been going for walk in morning, sort of enjoying not rushing around. These exercises only take me 6 minutes to do and I have noticed I am a lot stronger from doing them! So, I love to walk, but these are a lot of results for very little time)
- 10 sit-ups
- 10 deadlifts
- 10 squats
- 10 bench presses
Meals:
- breakfast- 2 eggs scrambled in coconut oil with ham & cheese.
- lunch- can’t remember
- dinner- Parmesan Wings, Cauliflower Casserole.
