Exercise: nothing formal, just clean house

  • breakfast – 4 pieces thick bacon
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, s/f syrup
  • little steak, salad, salad dressing
  • dinner- more steak, cole slaw, crab with butter
  • few apples
