Bible: (Chronological One Year Bible)

  • John 2:1-4:26

Exercise:  brisk 20 minute walk

Meals:

  • breakfast – 2 eggs & ham scrambled in coconut oil
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, s/f syrup
  • lunch – chicken vegetable soup, 1 bacon, slice of ham, cheese, turkey
  • dinner- baby back ribs, salad w ranch & broccoli.
  • vinegar & water.

ketones – .4  Just a little low.  There was corn in the vegetable soup – I tried to get it all out, but the soup might have had some carbs because I ate out.  Also the ribs at dinner had a “rub” on them and maybe it had sugar in the rub – I ate out both lunch and dinner and it is hard to be sure what you are eating when you eat out..
