- coffee, coconut milk, cream, s/f syrup
- lunch – tenderloin salad
- snacks – pine nuts, pecans, mixed nuts
- dinner – Parmesan Walleye, Fried Jicama Chips, if you have not made these, they are better than home made potato chips – a tiny bit sweet with light salt. Reminds me of Kettle Corn.
