- Realize that life itself is more important than things
- Remember that God cares for us and even for birds & flowers
- Realize that worry accomplishes nothing
- focus on spiritual. When I felt death was close, peace came when I thought of heaven and knew that this world is not all there is.
Exercises: I bought 2 10# weights but did not yet put them on this morning.

Meals:
