- breakfast – I had frozen pieces of breakfast casserole I made Saturday
- coffee, cream, coconut oil, s/f syrup
- lunch- left over chicken & vegetable soup
- snacks- zesty dill pickles, pickled corn, marinated artichoke hearts, Macademia nuts, 1 carrot
- dinner – Meat Balls, spaghetti squash, salad
Ketones – .3 (still lower than I want- tom sauce & carrot & spaghetti squash must have been too much
