I did not write in here this week because family was in town and I was busy! I did well on eating – but can’t remember everything I ate. I usually took my glucose and ketones at least at night. When with family or at parties, I just ate what I should and left the rest.

- at night – glucose 113 (which is not good) but ketones were 2.3 which says I was usually doing well.
Dec 24 (Weds – Christmas Eve)
