- evening – glucose 102, Ketones 3.2 (this reflects the fact I have really been working at lower protein as well as lower carb – and more fat)
Meals
- Breakfast – Scrambled Eggs with Zucchini & Cheddar (delicious)
- coffee, cream, coconut oil & little Da Vinci s/f syrup
- lunch – about 1 oz ham
- dinner- Cauliflower Ham Au Gratin
- dessert – Vanilla Cream Soda
