lunch 1/2 avocado, left over meat balls on cooked cabbage

afternoon – low carb brownie, butter, cream, 6 pecans

dinner – chicken thigh strips cooked in Italian dressing & Franks hot sauce, cucumber with Newmans own dressing

ginger tea with coconut oil, butter, stevia.

Macros; fat 135.4, protein 61, carb 15.3, fiber 8.5

Ketones 2.2 glucose 98
