Breakfast – 1 egg, 2 slices low sodium bacon, coffee w cream, coconut oil, butter & stevia
lunch- went to Chinese food restaurant and they were willing to serve chicken & vegetables with no sauce – just oil on the side and I added soy sauce. Very good.
low carb/high fat hot cocoa.
dinner – 2 oz sockeye salmon, 1/3 c cooked cauliflower with Alfredo sauce, salad with Caesar dressing
