Black Cumin Seed (Nigella Sativa) taking capsule again 2021

You can take a capsule of Black Cumin Seed oil

July  2015, I  started taking 1 tsp of the Nigella sativa oil in morning.  I added  1/2-1 tsp Black Cumin Seeds to my smoothie every morning and  now I take a capsule of Black Cumin Seed oil.
