Breakfast – 1 egg with left over cabbage, 1 T cream cheese & tapenade. coffee, coconut oil, cream, butter, stevia
lunch – 1.5 oz left over corned beef, 1 c cabbage, butter,
afternoon – 20 pistachios, tea with butter etc,
dinner- 2 oz chicken wings meat, 1/2 c cooked broccoli with Alfredo sauce, romaine salad with Caesar dressing
macros: fat 140, protein 47, carb 26, fiber 8
