lunch 2 oz meat ball & T spaghetti sauce & 1 T cream over 1/3 c spaghetti squash & butter

afternoon – tea with butter, cream, coconut oil, stevia
1/2 oz pistachios

dinner – high fat, low carb hot cocoa and 1 oz macadamia nuts

macros; Fat 162, protein 29.2, carb 18.2, fiber 4.7

ketones 2.2  glucose 87
