Bible: Ps 13, Ps 17, Ps 22 ( Jesus quoted when on cross), Ps 54 1 Sam 24:1-22
Breakfast -made new squash & coconut flour pancakes but I actually liked the cream cheese pancakes better. These were too grainy. Had with butter & sugar free boysenberry jam. Coffee, cream, coconut oil, butter.
lunch – 1 Johnsonville better with cheddar link with sauerkraut
dinner – shish ka bob cooked on grill, 2 mini phyllo cups with little artichoke dip in each (artichoke dip- 1 c mayo, 1 c parmesan, 1 can chopped artichokes – cooked 1 hr 350) salad, Caesar dressing.
dessert – ate too much low carb brownies- and didn’t like my recipe as well as last time. This one was too grainy and crumbly.
