breakfast – 1/4 Hardees low carb breakfast bowl
coffee, cream, coconut oil, butter

lunch – romaine lettuce, 2 oz steak, blue cheese dressing
pumpkin seeds

afternoon – low carb brownie & .5 butter & cream

dinner- 1oz chicken thighs & mayo & celery.  Tea w butter, cream, coconut oil & stevia

Macros  Fat 150, protein 39.7, carb 11.1,  fiber 2.7
