Exercises:
- squats – 10 without any weight & 6 with my barbell
- deadlift- 10

Meals:
- Breakfast – tuna & egg salad with celery & mayonaise
- coffee & 1/2 tsp coconut oil & Da Vinci s/f vanilla syrup
- Lunch– left over filet mignon & green salad with Ranch dressing
- snacks – 2 artichoke hearts, few smoke house almonds
- Dinner – chicken salad (BBQ’d chicken thighs, cooled, mixed with mayo & celery. Try new Veggetti (from Walmart) to make summer squash into spaghetti. I summer squash didn’t make very much spaghetti, but I sautéed it in coconut oil with 1 bell pepper chopped. When they were soft & cooked I set aside. In small pan cook 1 1/2 oz cream cheese, 1/8 c heavy cream until it boils and the cream cheese is melted. Then add 1/8 c parmesan and cook until it is smooth and thick. Put over vegetables.
