Bible: Galatians 4:8-6:18

Exercise:

  • Treadmill 3.4 mph 30 min (8480 stepsĀ for day)

Meals:

  • breakfast- 2 eggs, cheese, 10 pecans
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, s/f syrup
  • lunch- chicken, avocado & mixed greens salad with oil and vinegar
  • snack- Macademia nuts
  • dinner- roast beef, cauliflower with brie cheese & almonds, asparagus
