Exercise: 30 min walk with daughter & grandson in stroller
Meals:
- breakfast – 2 eggs, coconut oil, ham, cream cheese & green olives
- coffee, coconut oil, cream, s/f vanilla syrup
- lunch- 2 grilled drumsticks from KFC, salad with cucumbers & artichoke hearts,
- snacks – smoke house almonds
- dinner – rib eye steak marinated with soy sauce, olive oil, garlic pwdr & Agave. Big salad with home grown tomatoes, cucumbers & mixed greens, 1/2 artichoke heart cooked in pressure cooker & dipped in melted butter
- dessert – 1/2 c sugar free pudding mix (made it with almond milk & cream & 1 T s/f vanilla syrup)
