Bible: Jeremiah 43 & 44, Ps 71, Ps 116

Exercise: 30 min walk with daughter & grandson in stroller

Meals:

  • breakfast – 2 eggs, coconut oil, ham, cream cheese & green olives
  • coffee, coconut oil, cream, s/f vanilla syrup
  • lunch- 2 grilled drumsticks from KFC, salad with cucumbers & artichoke hearts,
  • snacks – smoke house almonds
  • dinner – rib eye steak marinated with soy sauce, olive oil, garlic pwdr & Agave.   Big salad with home grown tomatoes, cucumbers & mixed greens, 1/2 artichoke heart cooked in pressure cooker & dipped in melted butter
  • dessert – 1/2 c sugar free pudding mix (made it with almond milk & cream & 1 T  s/f vanilla syrup)
