Bible:

  • Matthew – 21:1-22
  • Mark 11:1-25
  • Luke 19:1-10, 19:28-48
  • John  12:12-19

Exercises: – 2nd week on higher weights and I was sore over weekend

  • 15 sit ups
  • 10 deadlifts
  • 10 squats
  • 10 bench press

Meals:

  • breakfast – 2 eggs cooked in coconut oil, cheese, sausage
  • coffee, cream coconut oil, s/f syrup
  • lunch – left over steak & artichoke with butter
  • dinner- Stuffed Bell Peppers, salad w dressing
  • snacks- whole milk yogurt, artichoke hearts, celery.
