Exercises: – 2nd week on higher weights and I was sore over weekend
- 15 sit ups
- 10 deadlifts
- 10 squats
- 10 bench press
Meals:
- breakfast – 2 eggs cooked in coconut oil, cheese, sausage
- coffee, cream coconut oil, s/f syrup
- lunch – left over steak & artichoke with butter
- dinner- Stuffed Bell Peppers, salad w dressing
- snacks- whole milk yogurt, artichoke hearts, celery.
