Exercise:

Meals:

  • breakfast (rainy out) bacon & 2 eggs
  • coffee, cream, s/f syrup
  • Lunch – couple more roll ups with ham, cream cheese, black olives, dill pickle inside
  • dinner- Parmesan Walleye, fried brie cheese & salad.
  • snack – 1 c apples in a oven safe glass dish.  Add 1/4-1/2tsp cinnamon, 1-1 1/2T splenda – cook 20 min at 350 degrees then put 1 tsp butter on hot apples & eat.
