Breakfast: Left over “Low Carb Hamburger Helper” from night before
Coffee, Heavy Cream, Da Vinci sugar free syrup
Lunch: tuna & egg salad made with mayo & celery
Snacks; smoke house almonds, sunflower seeds
Dinner: Cornish Game hens stuffed with onions & bell peppers
Asparagus with Fried Brie cheese– Cut crust off brie cheese. Cut it in 1/2 inch slices
- Mix 1/3 c walnuts, almonds, pecans in a blender to chop fine.
- Make a bowl of 1 egg &
- 2T heavy cream ( make more if you run out) dip cheese in egg mixture, then nuts, then put in freezer.
Fry in a pan with hot coconut oil about 1 min per side until nice golden brown.
- Fry 6 pieces of asparagus washed and dried in the coconut oil, then put the fried brie cheese on top – yum!
Hubby eats these with jalapeno jelly and flour tortillas. I have mine plain.
