Breakfast – 2 bacon & 1 egg, coffee, butter, coconut oil, stevia

lunch- left over bison shepherds pie made with mashed turnips
celery & Newmans own dressing

afternoon – 2 oz macadamia nuts, 1/2 oz pumpkin seeds

dinner – beef stroganoff made w cream cheese & sautéed cabbage w butter

dessert – 1 low carb brownie, butter, cream

macros – fat 140, protein 63, carb 26.6, fiber 7.6

 

Mar 3 (Tues)

Bible; Numbers 11:1-13.33

Exercise – 30 min on treadmill at 3. mph

Fasting Blood Glucose  83 (hurray – is this better because of B vitamins I am taking or because I got over my sickness?)

breakfast – tuna, egg salad w mayo & celery
coffee, butter, coconut oil, stevia

lunch – left over beef with broccoli, 1.5 oz macadamia nuts, 1/2 avocado

afternoon – cup homemade low carb hot cocoa

dinner- shepherds pie made with ground bison in mashed turnips with cheeses on top

Macros fat 146, protein 66, carb 25.8  fiber 12.7

ketones 1.6  glucose 95

Exercise – 10 sit ups, 10 deadlifts, 10 squats, 10 bench press & 30 min on treadmill at 3 mph

Breakfast – tuna & egg salad with mayonnaise & celery.  Coffee, coconut oil & butter & stevia

lunch – 2 oz BBQ chicken from yesterday asparagus, few pumpkin seeds afternoon –

5 almonds, 5 hazelnuts, pecans hot cocoa

dinner – stir fried flank steak with broccoli, salad & Newmans Own dressing, 1/4 avocado

macros fat 140, protein 55, carb 19.8 fiber 9.3

lunch – Arby’s Reuben sandwich without bread or salad dressing. salad & Newmans Own Caesar dressing

afternoon 7 almonds, 14 walnuts

BBQ chicken (this was marinated in 7up and soy sauce, garlic, olive oil- I hoped 7 Up wouldn’t seep into chicken but it did and it messed up my numbers.) 1/2 avocado 1/2 cucumber w/o skin, ranch dressing, asparagus

Macros fat 134, protein 74, carb 26, fiber 13

ketones  .7 (darn – lowest in a while)  glucose 95

Feb 28 (Sat)

Bible – Numbers 4:34-6:27

FBG 90 (hurray – lowest in a while)

Breakfast – 1 egg, 2 bacon, 2 c coffee, coconut oil, butter, stevia

snack – 1.5 oz macadamia nuts

lunch – blackberries, cream (this blew my ketones) tuna & egg salad with mayo & celery

peanut butter & celery (this also blew it)

dinner – chicken & vegetable soup (celery, green bell pepper, little onion, drink with cream macros

fat 120  protein 71, carb 25.7, fiber 9.7

ketones .8 (lowest in quite a while) glucose 95

Friday Feb 27

Breakfast 1 egg, left over shrimp scampi coffee, coconut oil, butter, stevia

lunch 3.5 oz ground beef, 1 1/2 T mayonnaise, 4 strips celery dipped in cream cheese with dill dip mix

afternoon – cheese, pepperoni

dinner – bowl homemade gumbo

dessert – low carb brownie, butter, cream & tea

macros ; fat 129, protein 58.2, carb 9.4, fiber 1.9

Feb 26 (Thurs)

Bible- Numbers 1:1-2:34

10 situps, 10 deadlifts, 10 squats, 10 bench press (25# barbell)

Breakfast- 2 large eggs cooked in coconut oil & olives coffee, butter, coconut oil, stevia

lunch – 2.5 oz ground beef with little cheese & bacon salad, oil & vinegar

after work – made hot cocoa – melt 1/2 oz bakers chocolate in 1/2 c water & coconut oil, add pat butter and 1/2 c cream and stevia – yum

dinner- shrimp scampi over broccoflower

macros: fat 145, protein 42, carb 18.5, fiber

Breakfast – egg, sausage, butter, coffee, coconut oil, butter, stevia

lunch 1/2 avocado, left over meat balls on cooked cabbage

afternoon – low carb brownie, butter, cream, 6 pecans

dinner – chicken thigh strips cooked in Italian dressing & Franks hot sauce, cucumber with Newmans own dressing

ginger tea with coconut oil, butter, stevia.

Macros; fat 135.4, protein 61, carb 15.3, fiber 8.5

breakfast – egg, butter, sausage, coffee, coconut oil, butter, stevia

lunch – left over bone broth & beef soup with beans, 1/2 avocado,

1 oz pecans, 1 tea with coconut oil, butter, stevia

dinner- meat balls in creamy sauce over sautéed cabbage

Macros:  Fat 130, protein 54, carb 20, fiber 12.8

FBG 98 added 5# to my 20 # barbell – so 25# 10 sit ups, 10 deadlifts, 10 squats, 10 bench presses

lunch – left over chicken & vegetable soup with sour cream & cheese on top 1/3 oz pumpkin seeds

afternoon – Chai tea with coconut oil & stevia

dinner -homemade bone broth soup with beef, onions, canned beans, crème fraiche

1 oz macadamia nuts, low carb brownie, butter, cream

macros;  fat 123, protein 75, carb 29, fiber 12.7
