  • 94 before bed ( .8 ketones)

Meals:

  • 2 eggs, coconut oil, 2 link sausage
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, s/f syrup
  • lunch- left over prime rib & mock potato salad
  • pecans
  • low carb brownies
  • prime rib, mock potato salad & green salad
  • cream w s/f pumpkin pie spice, ice & club soda

Ketones; .8 (glucose 94)

Dec 5 (Fri)

Bible: Romans 5:1-8:17

Exercise: 8581 steps 30 very active

  • 15 sit ups
  • 10 deadlifts
  • 10 squats (not sure why but knees sore later)
  • 10 bench press
  • 26 min treadmill 3.5 mph

Meals:

  • breakfast – 2 eggs, coconut oil, little bit strip steak
  • coffee, cream, coconut milk, s/f syrup
  • lunch – left over steak from yesterday lunch, little cabbage w sausage
  • dinner – Christmas Party.  Had a small glass sweet white wine, little gin & sugar free tonic, salad with oil & vinegar, prime rib

 

Dec 4 (Thurs)

Bible: Romans 2:1-4:25

Exercise- 4897 steps

Meals:

  • breakfast-2 eggs, coconut oil, brie cheese, 4 olives
  • coffee, coconut oil, cream, s/f syrup
  • lunch – steak & mixed vegetables
  • dinner- mock potato salad & strips of steak

Ketones  2.1 (glucose 85)

Dec 3 (Weds)

Bible: 2 Corinthians 11:16-13:14, Romans 1:1-32

Exercise: – wasn’t able to take time 4786 steps

Glucose:

  • 91 before breakfast
  • 86 before dinner
  • 88 before bed

Meals:

  • 2 eggs, coconut oil, ham, brie cheese
  • coffee, coconut oil, cream, s/f syurp
  • left over Chicken a la King
  • pine nuts
  • sausage & cabbage

Exercise: treadmill 26 min 3.5 mph  (7531 steps)

Dec 1 (Mon)

Bible: 2 Corinthians 2:5-6:18,

Exercise: 7660 steps – 33 Very active

  • 15 sit ups
  • 10 dead lifts
  • 10 squats
  • 10 bench press
  • 26 min on treadmill

Meals:

  • 85 breakfast – 2 eggs cooked in coconut oil with brie cheese & 4 olives
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, s/f syrup
  • 88 left over flank steak with gravy, French Fried turnips & zucchini
  • 88 pine nuts, made drink of club soda (zero cal) + heavy cream & Da Vinci s/f pumpkin pie spice
  • 82 dinner – meat loaf, turnip home fries, cole slaw

Ketones  1.3 & Glucose=86 at 9:00

Nov 29 (Sat)

Bible: 1 Corinthians 14:1-15:34

Exercise: (10886 steps)

Meals:

  • breakfast-  2 eggs cooked in 1 tsp coconut oil, 1 oz brie, 4 green olives
  • cup  coffee, 1 T heavy cream, coconut oil s/f vanilla syrup
  • 1 brownie & tea with coconut oil
  • lunch – tuna egg salad
  • dinner – walleye pan fried in Parmesan
  • Broccoli & Kale Salad
  • piece of low carb pumpkin cheesecake

Note- if you go to www.calorieking.com  You can look up carbs in most food.  I need about 62 g protein & 25 g carbs- 5 g fiber
