Meals:

  • egg & tuna salad w celery & Mayo
  • lunch – left over ribs, dill pickles, artichoke hearts, heart of palms
  • dinner- beef in gravy (Hubby had over English Muffin)
  • celery with peanut butter, raw cauliflower with ranch for dip

Exercise:

  • 10 sit ups
  • 10 deadlifts
  • 10 squats
  • 10 bench press

Meals

  • left over meat balls
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, s/f syrup
  • left over meat balls & spaghetti squash w parmesan
  • dinner- pork ribs, salad
  • tea w coconut oil

Nov 12 (Weds)

Bible:

  • Acts 3:1-5:16 Peter & John before Sanhedrin & Ananias & Spphira

Exercise:

  • 15 sit ups
  • 10 dead lifts
  • 10 squats
  • 10 push ups

Meals

  • Breakfast – tuna & egg salad with celery
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, s/f syrup
  • lunch- stroganoff & Zucchini in Sour Cream
  • snacks – almonds,  Macademia nuts
  • dinner- Low Carb Hamburger Helper & salad

Meals: (had blood test before breakfast)

  • breakfast- bought McDonalds sausage, egg, cheese McMuffin and threw away muffin
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, s/f syrup
  • lunch- flank steak, mashed turnips & gravy & bean casserole from last night.
  • snack – Macademia nuts
  • dinner- Beef & Vegetable Soup

Meals

  • breakfast – 2 eggs in salsa & sour cream + 2 sausage
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, s/f syrup
  • lunch-2 grilled drumsticks from KFC & green beans.
  • dinner – slow roast flank steak covered in 300 degree oven with onion soup mix.  Mashed turnips and made bean casserole.

Meals:

  • 2 eggs cooked in coconut oil, sausage
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, s/f syrup
  • made a great iced coffee – just filled glass with ice, cold coffee, cream & s/f syrup.
  • lunch- stopped by Arbys and grabbed a roast beef sand and salad (threw away the bun)
  • dinner- chicken breasts pounded thin, sauté in butter.  Pull out of pan, mix sour cream & Dijon mustard and slice mushrooms in sauce.  cucumber salad, peanut butter & celery
  • tea & coconut oil.

Nov 7 (Fri)

Bible:

  • Matthew  27:15-32
  • Mark 15:6-21
  • Luke 23:13-32
  • John  18:39-19:17

Exercise:

  • 15 sit ups
  • 10 dead lifts
  • 8 squats
  • 10 bench press

Meals:

  • 2 eggs scrambled with ham & cheese in coconut oil
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, Da/Vinci s/f syrup
  • lunch- left over cube steak with gravy, salad.
  • dinner- 2 chicken legs from KFC, & green beans, nuts
  • tea with coconut oil
