Meals:

  • breakfast – 2 eggs w ham & cheese
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, s/f syrup
  • 4 oz hamburger, cheese, bacon, broccoli
  • smoothie with almond milk, ice & s/f syrup
  • dinner- Cube Steaks with sauce & cucumbers
  • decaff tea with coconut oil & little Da Vinci s/f syrup

Nov 4 (Tues)

Bible:

  • Matthew 26:36-46
  • Mark 14:32-42
  • Luke 22:39-46
  • John 15:18-17:26

Exercise:  feeling a little sick so I didn’t do exercises

Meals:

  • Breakfast – piece of breakfast quiche I had in freezer
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, Da Vinci s/f syrup
  • lunch- left over cabbage & sausage
  • dinner – Shepherds Pie, salad & artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 c plain whole milk yogurt & capful DaVinci syrup

Exercises

  • 15 sit ups
  • 10 deadlifts
  • 10 squats
  • 10 bench presses

Meals:

  • breakfast- left over chicken
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, Da Vinci syrup
  • left over fried chicken & mashed turnips
  • dinner- Sausage & Cabbage, salad, artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 c plain whole yogurt w capful of Da Vinci

Ketones: 1.0

 

Nov 2(Sun)

Bible:

  • Mark 14:12-21
  • Luke 22:7-30
  • John 13:1-30

Meals

  • breakfast – 2 eggs, left over steak
  • coffee, cream 1/2 stevia, cap ful of Da Vinci
  • KFC-  2 grilled drumsticks & 1 beans – put butter on at home
  • dinner_ Fried chicken(EXCELLENT), Mashed Turnips (GREAT), made pkg McCormick gluten free turkey gravy and just had a little, salad

Nov 1 (Sat)

Meals:

  • 2 eggs, cooked in coconut oil w 2 sausage patties
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, 1/2 stevia packet, cap ful of Da Vinci
  • sardines, squeeze cheese, pepperoni & cheese, baby corn, artichoke hearts, pickles
  • hot dog w mustard
  • steak, broccoli & cauliflower au gratin

Oct 31 (Halloween)

Bible:

  • Matthew 24:29-51, 25:1-30
  • Mark 13:24-37
  • Luke 21:25-38
  • John

Exercise:

  • 15 sit ups
  • 10 deadlifts
  • 10 squats
  • 10 bench presses

Meals:

  • Breakfast – piece of breakfast quiche
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, stevia & little s/f syrup
  • lunch – left over meat balls with Spaghetti Squash
  • dinner -Garlic & Parmesan chicken wings from Pizza Hut & salad

 

Oct 30 (Thurs)

Bible:

  • Matthew 23:37-39, 24:1-28
  • Mark 12:41-44, 13:1-23
  • Luke 21:1-24

Meals;

  • 2 bacon, little left over meat balls
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil – starting to use Stevia instead of splenda
  • lunch – brisket, big salad
  • dinner – beef ribs cooked in crock pot & made gravy with butter & coconut flour and the drippings, big salad, Asparagus w mock Hollandaise.

Oct 29 (Weds)

Bible:

  • Matthew 22:23-46, 23:1-36
  • Mark  12:18-40
  • Luke  10:25-37,20:27-47

Exercises:

  • 15 sit ups
  • 10 deadlifts
  • 10 squats
  • 10 bench press

Meals:

  • breakfast – I had frozen pieces of breakfast casserole I made Saturday
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, s/f syrup
  • lunch- left over chicken & vegetable soup
  • snacks- zesty dill pickles, pickled corn, marinated artichoke hearts, Macademia nuts, 1 carrot
  • dinner – Meat Balls, spaghetti squash, salad

Ketones – .3 (still lower than I want- tom sauce & carrot & spaghetti squash must have been too much 

 

Oct 28 (Tues)

Bible:

  • Matthew – 21:23-46, 22:1-22
  • Mark 11:27-33, 12:1-17
  • Luke 20:1-26

Meals:

  • breakfast – left over bell pepper with little meat & 2 eggs
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, s/f syrup
  • lunch- left over stuffed bell peppers
  • dinner- Chicken & Vegetable Soup
  • Snacks- zesty dill pickles, marinated artichokes, celery w almond butter

Ketones – .4 (a little low.  Wonder if it was because of the yogurt last night)
