lunch 2 oz meat ball & T spaghetti sauce & 1 T cream over 1/3 c spaghetti squash & butter

afternoon – tea with butter, cream, coconut oil, stevia
1/2 oz pistachios

dinner – high fat, low carb hot cocoa and 1 oz macadamia nuts

macros; Fat 162, protein 29.2, carb 18.2, fiber 4.7

cream cheese pancakes with 1 change.  I mixed 1 T carbquik with 1 1/2 T water and mixed it in.  Very good.
Topped with sugar free boysenberry jelly & butter. 8 oz coffee w cream, coconut oil, butter, stevia

lunch – tuna & egg salad made with mayo & celery

snack – pecans

dinner – 2 oz rib eye steak, salad (no dressing)

Dessert – I made lemon cheese cake and had 1/12

dinner – chicken salad – chicken, mayo, celery with salad of romaine, cherry tomatoes 1/2 avocado & Caesar dressing, asparagus roasted with olive oil

lunch- 1.8 oz New York Strip steak, 25 pumpkin seeds, 1/2 c canned beans with butter, 1/2 avocado

afternoon – couple spoons of left over whipped cream, few pecans

dinner-3 fried chicken wings (carbquik), 1 c sliced cucumber w Ranch dressing, 1/2 c fried turnips (like French fries)
