Breakfast – smoothie with 1 scoop whey, 1/4 c unsweetened frozen cranberries, 1 T peanut butter, 1 T coconut oil, 4 T cream in water & ice

lunch – left over chicken a la king, 1/2 avocado, few asparagus

afternoon – low carb brownie with butter & cream

dinner- 2.5 oz flank steak, zucchini grilled, salad with Caesar dressing,

macros; fat 128.5, protein 72, carb 29, fiber 11

Continue with prescriptions for Acyclovir (antiviral) and Magnesium 64 , Levothyroxine but just take 25 mg/day,

Continue with Omega 3 & Cranberry capsules, Na bicarb

Stop taking Revlamid (I am always anemic), will try Curcumin & Resveratrol.

Add: Garden of Life 50 & wiser women Multivitamin – taking just 2 (not 4),  2 calcium w D, 1 Resveratrol, Curcumin C3 (Pure Prescription)

Exercise; 10 sit-ups, deadlifts, squats, bench press w 25# barbell

Breakfast – 2 eggs, alfredo sauce, coffee with butter, coconut oil, cream & stevia

lunch – 3 left over meat balls over 1/2 c spaghetti squash with 1/4 c Rao spaghetti sauce & cream, 1/2 avocado

afternoon snack – 25 pistachios, high fat hot cocoa,

dinner – chicken a la king, salad

Mar 23 (Mon- doctors appointment)

March 23 Mon

Good doctors appointment.  Kappa free light chains (cancer markers) are stable at just above normal 24.5mg/L.  The big improvement were my kidney numbers.  Creatinine at 1.18 (normal) for first time since before spring 2010! Also the kidney function is up to 46%!  Oncologist says to wait 8 weeks before next appointment.  After this I tried adding Resveratrol, Curcumin in morning and IP6 Gold in the evening.  See Mar 30 about protein

breakfast- 2 eggs, alfredo sauce, coffee with butter, coconut oil, cream & stevia

lunch – left over filet mignon & 1/2 avocado

(1 Berberine – first in a while)

dinner – 3 meat balls with sauce over 1/2 c spaghetti squash.  Salad w Caesar dressing

evening snack – macadamia nuts & tea with coconut oil

lunch Arby’s roast turkey salad with ranch dressing,

afternoon snack – high fat low carb hot cocoa

dinner – 3.6 oz filet mignon on grill, mixed salad with Newmans Own Caesar dressing, asparagus, broccoli with alfredo sauce evening – 1 oz macadamia nuts

Macros- fat 142, protein 68, carb 21, fiber 6.4

lunch- chicken salad, green salad w oil & vinegar

afternoon – macadamia nuts

dinner – 2 1/2 oz flank steak grilled, sautéed cabbage, butter

low carb brownie & butter

afternoon – frozen low carb brownie, microwave w butter & add cream

dinner 2.6 chicken (off wings – Parmesan wings), 1 c zucchini & shallots sliced & cooked in olive oil

Breakfast- 1 sm McDonalds s/f iced coffee (wont do that again – it had 9 carbs – either from creamer or s/f flavor) sausage & egg from egg McMuffin (threw away muffin)

Lunch – 2 1/2 oz ground beef, 1/2 cucumber with Newman’s Own Caesar salad dressing, 25 pumpkin seeds, 1/2 oz macadamia nuts

afternoon snack – 1 frozen low carb brownie warmed with butter and cream

dinner – chicken salad with 2.2 oz chicken, mayonnaise & celery

macros fat 127, protein 58.8, carb 21, fiber 2.7
