Bible- Leviticus 19:1-21:24

coffee with 1/2 oz unsweetened bakers chocolate, butter, coconut oil, cream & stevia 2 pieces bacon

lunch – side salad from Wendys and a baconator without the bun – hamburger, bacon, mayo, lettuce

afternoon 3 oz macadamia nuts (wow, ate more than I meant to)

chicken & vegetable soup (mostly yellow squash but sautéed 1 onions, celery) top soup with grated cheese & sour cream 1/2 avocado

Macros  fat 135, protein 70, carb 35.8 fiber 15.5

ketones 1.1  blood glucose 106 (a bit high on carbs)

Feb 21 (Saturday)

Saturday Feb 21

Bible- Leviticus 16:1-18:30

FBG(fasting blood glucose) 97

breakfast – 1 egg, 2 links Tennessee Pride link frozen, coffee, cream, coconut oil, stevia

lunch – 1.5 oz left over New York Strip steak 1/3 recipe of tuna, egg salad with mayo & celery

afternoon snack – 19 pecan halves, made homemade hot cocoa – melted 1 oz bakers chocolate in water & coconut oil, then added cream & stevia – yum!

dinner – bowl of homemade seafood gumbo w sausage.

macros – fat 141, protein 64, carb 16, fiber 8

Feb 20 (Fri)

Bible – Leviticus 13:47-15:33

FBG ( fasting blood glucose) 98

Exercise; 10 situps, 10 deadlifts, 10 squats, 10 bench presses

Breakfast: Tuna & egg salad with mayo & celery,  Coffee, butter, coconut oil, stevia

lunch Burger King Whopper hamburger patty with cheese, mayo & lettuce & dill pickles ( no bun)

afternoon snack – 1 oz macadamia nuts

dinner – 3 oz New York strip steak, 5 spears asparagus grilled with oil

dessert – 1 low carb brownie + butter, cream

Macros;  Fat 135, protein 60, carb 7.1, fiber 3.2

Feb 19 (Thurs)

Bible – Leviticus 11:1-13:46

Breakfast; little homemade clam chowder

Coffee, butter, coconut oil, stevia

Lunch – Arbys salad (turkey) some Newmans own dressing and ranch dressing.  Little more of clam chowder

Afternoon snack:  low carb brownie, butter, cream

Dinner – Mock potato salad (cauliflower, hard boiled eggs, mayo, dill pickles, vinegar, celery)

Walleye with adobo spice cooked in olive oil & butter, with extra butter on

Macro’s  fat 124, protein 65, carb 22.2  fiber 6.5

Breakfast: egg, 2 slices bacon, coffee, butter, coconut oil, stevia

Lunch – Arbys salad & little bit elk hamburger

Afternoon – tea, butter, coconut oil, stevia

Dinner – homemade clam chowder

1 low carb brownie with butter & cream

Macros  fat 119, protein 74.5, carb 17.1  fiber 4

Feb 15  Bible – Exodus 39:1-40:38

Coffee, butter, coconut oil, stevia, zucchini & scrambled egg with little salmon on side

Lunch – 1 slices bacon & artichoke hearts

Afternoon snack – low carb brownie with butter & cream

Dinner – 4 oz filet mignon made into stroganoff with mushrooms & thickened with cream cheese- with roasted cauliflower on the side.

Macros fat 130, protein 55, carb 15 , fiber 4

Ketones 1.5  glucose 115

Hardees low carb breakfast bowl (1/3 bowl), coffee, w butter, coconut oil & stevia

Lunch – chicken & vegetable soup left from last night, ½ avocado

Afternoon snack – low carb chocolate ice cream

Dinner – 2 health food store hot dogs, ½ oz cheddar cheese, artichoke hearts

Macros  fat 131.5, protein 50,   carb 21.7, fiber 9

Fasting blood glucose 102 (went home with flu & bad respiratory)

Breakfast- left over cabbage lasagna,  coffee, coconut oil, butter, stevia

lunch – tuna & egg salad, macadamia nuts,

afternoon – tea with butter, coconut oil & stevia

dinner – chicken breast, asparagus, salad with Newmans own dressing

low carb chocolate ice cream

macros;  fat 137,  protein 57.2,  carb 16.8,  fiber 5

Feb 8, Sunday

Still sick, have had respiratory illness/flu for little over a week.

breakfast – sliced zucchini cooked in olive oil then scramble egg & add cheese, coffee, butter, coconut oil, stevia

lunch – tuna & egg salad w mayo & celery.  On salad with macadamia nuts

afternoon snack – cream cheese & celery & tea with butter & coconut oil

dinner – cooked cabbage – made lasagna using cabbage instead of noodles and using a little Rao spaghetti sauce mixed with cream.  layered meat in sauce with cabbage & mozzarella & parmesan
