  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, s/f syrup
  • 88 left over flank steak with gravy, French Fried turnips & zucchini
  • 88 pine nuts, made drink of club soda (zero cal) + heavy cream & Da Vinci s/f pumpkin pie spice
  • 82 dinner – meat loaf, turnip home fries, cole slaw

Ketones  1.3 & Glucose=86 at 9:00
