Bible: Acts 25:23-28:10

Glucose & Ketones:

  • 78 (6:00 a.m.)
  • 76 (10:30 a.m)
  • 86 (3:30 p.m.)
  • 80 (10:00 p.m.)  Ketones .8 (wonder if gin & s/f tonic made it lower?)

 

Meals:

  • breakfast – left over beef soup
  • 8 oz coffee, cream, coconut oil, s/f syrup
  • chicken wrap (take off flour tortilla), salad with oil & vinegar dressing
  • smoke house almonds. few pine nuts, few peanuts
  • dinner- coconut walleye, salad, broccoli w cheese sauce
  • pecans, gin & s/f tonic
