Meals:
- breakfast – left over beef soup
- 8 oz coffee, cream, coconut oil, s/f syrup
- chicken wrap (take off flour tortilla), salad with oil & vinegar dressing
- smoke house almonds. few pine nuts, few peanuts
- dinner- coconut walleye, salad, broccoli w cheese sauce
- pecans, gin & s/f tonic
