  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, s/f syrup
  • left over meat loaf w mustard , celery, macademia nuts
  • pine nuts
  • Chicken a la King, asparagus

Ketones:  .8 (last night I had melatonin spray with vegetable oil & glycerin)
