Bible: Romans 5:1-8:17
Exercise: 8581 steps 30 very active
- 15 sit ups
- 10 deadlifts
- 10 squats (not sure why but knees sore later)
- 10 bench press
- 26 min treadmill 3.5 mph
Meals:
- breakfast – 2 eggs, coconut oil, little bit strip steak
- coffee, cream, coconut milk, s/f syrup
- lunch – left over steak from yesterday lunch, little cabbage w sausage
- dinner – Christmas Party. Had a small glass sweet white wine, little gin & sugar free tonic, salad with oil & vinegar, prime rib
