- 10 sit ups
- 10 deadlifts
- 10 squats (shallow because I hurt knee)
- 10 bench presses
- 20 min treadmill 3mph (note slowed it down)
Glucose & Ketones
- 74 (6:45 a.m.)
- 82 (2:30)
- 87 (8:30 p.m.)
- 83 (10:00 p.m)
- Ketones at 10- 2.7! too cool! Maybe exercise helped? Also had Dr Mercola Vit D spray and it has MCT oil in it.
Breakfast:
- tuna & egg salad (w mayo & celery)
- coffee, cream, coconut oil, s/f syrup
- tuna & egg salad
- snack- pumpkin seeds
- chicken, broccoli, parmesan, cream cheese & cream
