Breakfast: Tuna & egg salad with mayo & celery,  Coffee, butter, coconut oil, stevia

lunch Burger King Whopper hamburger patty with cheese, mayo & lettuce & dill pickles ( no bun)

afternoon snack – 1 oz macadamia nuts

dinner – 3 oz New York strip steak, 5 spears asparagus grilled with oil

dessert – 1 low carb brownie + butter, cream

Macros;  Fat 135, protein 60, carb 7.1, fiber 3.2

ketones 3.1  glucose 93
