Breakfast- left over chicken & spinach & sauce from dinner, coffee, butter, coconut oil, stevia

lunch – 3 oz left over filet mignon from Sunday, left over Brussels sprouts cooked in avocado oil

afternoon – 2 oz macadamia nuts, 1 low carb brownie & butter & coconut butter

topping off pepperoni pizza – with cheese.  1/2 peeled cucumber, Caesar salad dressing, 1/2 avocado. macros –

fat 142, protein 62, carb 25, fiber 13

ketones 4.6, glucose 89
