Breakfast: 2 small cabbage rolls from last night with little sour cream. coffee, coconut oil, butter, stevia
lunch – 1/2 ground beef patty with mushrooms & mayonnaise, side of cooked vegetable (mostly zucchini) butter
afternoon – high fat, low carb hot cocoa 1/2 oz macadamia nuts
dinner – creamy chicken & vegetable soup. with yellow squash, celery, bell peppers & sour cream after cooked.
