Breakfast- 1 sm McDonalds s/f iced coffee (wont do that again – it had 9 carbs – either from creamer or s/f flavor) sausage & egg from egg McMuffin (threw away muffin)
Lunch – 2 1/2 oz ground beef, 1/2 cucumber with Newman’s Own Caesar salad dressing, 25 pumpkin seeds, 1/2 oz macadamia nuts
afternoon snack – 1 frozen low carb brownie warmed with butter and cream
dinner – chicken salad with 2.2 oz chicken, mayonnaise & celery
