Monday March 16

Bible Deut 9:1-11:32

FBG 88 (blood draw- will have results next week)

Breakfast- 1 sm McDonalds s/f iced coffee (wont do that again – it had 9 carbs – either from creamer or s/f flavor) sausage & egg from egg McMuffin (threw away muffin)

Lunch – 2 1/2 oz ground beef, 1/2 cucumber with Newman’s Own Caesar salad dressing, 25 pumpkin seeds, 1/2 oz macadamia nuts

afternoon snack – 1 frozen low carb brownie warmed with butter and cream

dinner – chicken salad with 2.2 oz chicken, mayonnaise & celery

macros fat 127, protein 58.8, carb 21, fiber 2.7

ketones 4.3, glucose 90
