Breakfast -last of tuna & egg salad with mayonnaise & celery] 12 oz coffee, butter, coconut oil, cream stevia
lunch – 1 1/2 oz taco meat + salad, tomatoes, olives, cheese, sour cream & salsa. 1/2 avocado, 1 oz macadamia nuts
afternoon – low carb brownie with butter & cream
dinner 2 oz corned beef, 1 c sautéed cabbage with butter
