  • 15 sit ups
  • 10 deadlifts
  • 10 squats
  • 10 bench presses
  • 30 min treadmill 3.5 mph

Meals

  • 2 organic eggs, little ham, brie, green olives all cooked in coconut oil
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, s/f syrup
  • lunch- left over steak & Zucchini & sour cream
  • macademia nuts
  • Stuffed Bell Peppers.

Ketones: 1.8!  Ketones reflect the last several days.
