Exercise – I took off my other weights and put 10# on each end of barbell (just bought 10# weights at Walmart). I was surprised how much heavier it seemed
- 20 sit ups
- 10 deadlifts
- 10 squats
- 10 bench presses
Meals:
- breakfast- 2 eggs, cream cheese, coconut oil, olives
- coffee, coconut oil, cream, s/f syrup
- lunch – at Arbys I ordered “meal deal” of Reuben, side salad, diet Mtn Dew. I tossed the bread on Reuben and just ate insides
- dinner – made Pot Roast, cooked 1 onion & 2 summer squash 20 min, then added 1 c sour cream, salad & dressing
- snack – mixed nuts
