  • John 9:35-10:21

Exercise:

  • 20 situps
  • 10 deadlifts (2nd time for all the barbell exercises at 5# higher)
  • 10 squats
  • 10 bench press

Meals

  • breakfast – left over meat loaf & 2 eggs
  • coffee, cream, coconut oil, s/f syrup
