Exercise: I slipped on bottom step last night and fell and tweaked my left knee.

Meals:

  • breakfast – 2 sausage patties, 1 egg
  • coffee, coconut oil, cream, s/f syrup
  • lunch- 2 drumsticks & green beans from KFC
  • snacks- mixed nuts, 1 chocolate coconut candy,
  • Mexican casserole.
